If not get what buy and not use PayPal Purchase Protection program (not block our money) we always will attempt resolve problem without your return – can accept or offer partial refund and you can keep watch. Reclamation via email message must be in 7 days after receiving (real time what is enough for good watch testing).
4. If not get what buy, not contact us and use PayPal Purchase Protection program (block our money), if exist real problem, we can accept return and refund (not can accept or offer partial refund and you can keep watch). We need photos of watch from top and back side. We must receive in state what you receive, what is on photos. If not exist real problem or your request is out of 7 days from receiving (real time what is enough for good watch testing), we not can accept your request.
5. In all return situation, for full refund, we must receive watch in state what you receive, what is on your photos (your shipping is your risk).
6. If watch need service, if have problems in using (watch fall, get kick etc.) and watch not work properly, we always accept your sending to our servicing / repairing. You can send watch to us, if not big problem, servicing / repairing can be free. If big problem, if you not will servicing / repairing, we can refund what is real possible.
7. You – your watchmaker can have our unlimited technical support via email messages.
8. In any unexpected situation we always will resolve any problem friendly, respect your interest.
